Recruitment of regional and project officers
The SPA exists to serve its members – and at our 2021 Annual General Meeting a motion was passed instructing the charity to carry out a consultation on the potential renaming of Regional Officers’ title to reflect the work they do.
That work has begun, and we are now inviting SPA members, as well as Regional Officers past and present, to respond to the consultation that will inform the decision-making process.

Aubrey Allegretti
Aubrey is a a trustee at the SPA and a former two-term digital media officer. He works for The Guardian as a political correspondent and previously worked for Sky News, HuffPost UK and The Times.
